Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal for standard products

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (personalized products).

3. Return process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return costs

You as the customer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

5. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. After that, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still haven't received a refund, please contact us at support@cupjoy.de .

8. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at support@cupjoy.de and send your article to:
