Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the CGM-Design Stephan Hoppenheidt online shop.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after it has been sent by an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.

All prices are final prices and include VAT. Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery conditions
Delivery is via DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the country and are usually between 3 and 15 days. We only deliver within the EU.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (personalized products).
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
8. Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. Our liability for breaches of contractual obligations and tortious acts is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to injury to the life, body or health of the customer, claims due to the breach of cardinal obligations, i.e. obligations that arise from the nature of the contract and whose breach endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract, and compensation for damages caused by delay (§ 286 BGB). In this respect, we are liable for every degree of fault.

10. Dispute settlement

11. Final provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
